no, he is just wearing a well.. kinda a "mask" with dog ears... just an extra punchline for the previous comic.. and he also painted his nose white (which is now a bit grey)...

I'll explain... if i can Well, in the last comic, Knuckles said that Sonic doesn't have a dog. So, in this comic, Tails dresses up as a dog, and pretends he's Sonic's dog. And says Who Says So?! to Knuckles.... I killed the joke... dang... T.T
