calm down! ^^ if you log in to SmackJeeves, you'll see a panel on the left. Click on "My profile" or click here: http://www.smackjeeves.com/editprofile.php
then on the bottom you should see "Upload Avatar"... click Choose and go where your avatar is located, then click "Open" and then "Submit"... okay? ^.^
